Quotable: I can never read all the books I want

“I can never read all the books I want; I can never be all the people I want and live all the lives I want. I can never train myself in all the skills I want. And why do I want? I want to live and feel all the shades, tones and variations of mental and physical experience possible in my life. And I am horribly limited.”

~from Sylvia Plath’s The Unabridged Journals of Sylvia Plath

blockquote, div.yahoo_quoted { margin-left: 0 !important; border-left:1px #715FFA solid !important; padding-left:1ex !important; background-color:white !important; } Damn, girl! You can say that again!  I’ll need three lifetimes just to read all of the books in my own little library that I have already acquired! Not enough hours in the day for folks like us!  George 👍💙
